We loved our stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. Additionally, we were able to find a laundromat just a couple of minutes away. The staff members were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. They even provided us with a lot of information about the city and its transportation. Furthermore, we found the hotel facilities to be very clean and tidy.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Spent New Year's Eve at this place and had a great time. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated with modern furniture. The staff was attentive and helpful, offering us a free pick-up from the train station, which saved us quite a lot of trouble. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center.
We did not receive new towels during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. , we would have appreciated some tourist information about places to go and things to do in the area.

Location was good. There was a convenience store nearby and a park across the street. Staff was friendly and gave us extra towels when we asked. the view from the room was also quite nice.
Room was not very clean, there were stains on the sheets. Shower was difficult to use and water went everywhere.

The hotel was situated quite conveniently for easy access to transportation. the location was great, with the railway station only a few minutes walk down the street. the room was neat and clean with helpful staff to guide us. They also offered great breakfast options.
The experience was ruined by noisy neighbors who seemed inconsiderate of other guests.

The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful information about Taroko Gorge. Large, spacious, and clean room. Convenient location near Hualien Train Station. Free pick-up service from the station. Tidy and well-decorated room. Comfortable bed. Kind and friendly host. Great value for the price.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Hualien City. the location was fantastic, with the train station just down the street, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with the highlight being the giant walked out balcony that offered stunning views. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.
